Reva had wanted some time alone to collect her thoughts on the whole War business (which made her terribly upset), and so sought out somewhere private. While she was doing that, she happened to notice a little ant crawling near her paw. Reva followed the adventures of this little ant until she was far away and somewhat lost. It seemed logical that gaining some altitude would help her get her bearings, but Reva was not a very strong flyer, so she climbed up to a platform overhanging a cliff. She was about to take off when her sharp owl ears heard the sound of wingbeats overhead.
Now, due to the war, Skrekrills regularly breached Grandesque's borders. It was because of this fact that Reva found herself staring skyward as a massive griffin hurtled towards her, his huge talons extended. The little owl-griffin stood still, paralyzed with fear and bracing for the worst, the Skrekrill's talons almost upon her....
When suddenly, out of nowhere, a large golden griffin appeared on the scene. Swooping in, the newcomer barreled into the Skrekrill, knocking the stunned griffin out of the air and clear over the cliff! The young -but strong- griffin who had just saved her life was Parsa.
