Heraldic Griffins Segreant

An assignment for class. We were supposed to make a set of five dingbats combining two themes, with them all being similar in the basics and different in the details.
Of course I did griffins (because that's all I ever do, it seems...)

They're supposed to be heraldic charges, and "segreant" in the title refers to their attitude.

They're by environment, so we have:
Harpy eagle/jaguar for the jungle/rainforest
White-backed vulture/black-backed jackal for the desert
Western gull/California sea lion for the ocean (and San Francisco!)
Snowy owl/polar bear for the Arctic
Rock pigeon/brown rat for the city
